Quarry is Brooklyn Tweed's chunkier sibling for Shelter and Loft. Three strands of pillowy Wyoming raised wool are gently nestled together and lightly spun. The result is a plump yarn that looks like a single ply but has more strength and better stitch definition. That means Quarry shines in cables and textural stitch patterns, glows in colorwork, and can also be knit at looser gauges.
Every skein of Quarry starts with the wool of Targhee-Columbia sheep raised in Wyoming. Gently scoured wool is dyed in Pennsylvania, then woolen-spun into yarn in New Hampshire.

Lightweight and airy despite full appearance and chunky weight. A lovely yarn.
